When vehicle starts to move till the time the ignition is turned off (or the vehicle movement is stopped for more than 2 minutes) constitutes a trip.
The color of the vehicle signifies different Trip Status/ state of movement or data received from the vehicle.
Green (Ignition on) : If the vehicle is in ignition on state
Red (ignition off) : If the vehicle is in ignition off state
Yellow (idling) : If the ignition is on but the vehicle has not moved for more than 2 minutes
Grey (inactive) : If the data of the vehicle has not been updated from last 24hrs then the vehicle will move to inactive state
You can select the vehicle from the map and all the relevant details will be displayed in the info-window.

If the ignition is on and vehicle has not moved from its position for more than 2 minutes it is considered as idling.
Trip playback is a feature that allows you to trace the path of trips already taken. This can be visualized by first selecting the specific vehicle on the home screen and then selecting the type of playback you would like to see.
You have the option to visualize the following:
Ignition path : The route travelled by the vehicle since the last ignition till now
Daily path : This signifies the route travelled since the first ignition on or after 12:00 am till now.
Path replay : This helps you to check the path covered by the vehicle for a custom period (up to 7 days).

Trip duration is calculated as the time
interval between the start and end of a trip.
Trips can be merged by selecting start and end time from the Custom path option
in the Map.This will merge all trips taken between the selected time range.

These are snapshot of the information regarding the vehicle for the Current
Trip/ Day. The details of each data point can be found by clicking on the information
symbol ( i ) by the side of the
data point.
You may select the vehicle in web panel and then update the details of the driver specific to the vehicle.
You can update your vehicle’s Odometer reading from the Basic settings by visiting the Edit Device page. This is an App only feature.

The total duration of time for which the engine of the vehicle is On.
Alerts are generated when anything happens which need immediate action or its shows the driving behaviour of the vehicle
· Crash : when there is a sudden stop/shock in the vehicle movement
· Harsh Braking : When there is sudden change in the speed of the vehicle
· Harsh Acceleration : When there is sudden change in the speed of the vehicle
· Tampering : When someone tries to cut any wires in the vehicle
· Over speed : When vehicle is moving above the configured speed limit
· Towing : When there is a elevation in any of the tyre of the vehicle
Alerts are listed in the notification tab for later viewing as well.
Geofence is a spatial boundary created around a specific area. This helps you in getting information case a vehicle moves in our out of the boundary created. You can select the 3 dots at the bottom of the mobile app and select geo-fence tab or go directly to the geo-fence tab on the website and then create a geo-fence for your vehicle. Geofences are linked to individual vehicles so that on alerts related to specific vehicles are only created.

POI is “Point of Interest”, a specific point on the map which allows you to see the location of all your vehicles with reference to the POI added.
Reachability allows you to monitor your vehicle’s reaching a destination point vis-à-vis a prefixed scheduled time. If the vehicle reaches the location within that time, you get a notification and if it not reaches, you will again get a notification.
This is a web-only interactive dashboard providing details of your vehicles basis your selection of Date/ Time and Devices. You can also compare between vehicle performances between different period of operations.
Report allows a user to check history of the vehicle
· Summary - total day wise summary of the vehicle for the selected time
· Trip - Individual trips covered by the vehicle for the selected time
· Stop/Idle - Total stop and idle duration for the selected time
· Events - History of all the events such as igniton on/off, geofence enter/exit etc.
· Driving behaviour - History of all the driving alerts for the selected vehicle
All reports can be downloaded from the Web.
You can update your profile (Web Only) and customize your account as per your requirement from settings tab (App).
· Language - User can select from different languages for the app interface
· Notification - It is used to turn on/off all the notifications which are being received on the mobile
· Types of notification - It is used to get only a specific notification(s)
· Notification tone - user can change the default notification tone for all the push notifications
· Alert volume - It is used to the default alerts volume
· Homescreen - it is used to change the default homescreen of the app when the user login to the app
· Show/hide geofence - It is used to show/hide all the added geofences as default
· Show marker label - It is used to show the name of the device above the image marker on the map page
· Show marker cluster - It is used to show the cluster view of the vehicles in a area

Required password for immobilization - If
enabled, the user has to input the password every time the user is turning the
immobilizer on/off
Vehicle list sort - Used to change the default sorting of the vehicle list in
vehicles tab
· Vehicle icon size - Used to change the default icon size of the image marker
Manage panel allows a user to manage all its child/sub users and all the devices. It helps you in having more control on your operations. This is a Web only feature.
Parking mode is a safety feature for the vehicle. When turned on it converts all the notifications into an alarm.
Parking mode can be activated from Advanced Option in Edit Device panel in the Web or from Parking Tab in the App.

Our platform has the functionality to turn
off vehicle ignition from the App subject to certain boundary conditions
(vehicle speed <20kmph). If your vehicle is fitted with a relay and you turn
on “immobilize mode”, the vehicle cannot be started till the time the
immobilizer is turned off from the App.

Connect and share feature allows you to
share your vehicle location with someone else. You may share the current live
location or may share the location at a particular pre-fixed time.

Over-speed limit can be set directly in the App from configuration setting in the App settings page.
In the Web, the same can be updated in the Basic options in Edit Device Page.
In the web, you may go to the Admin/Manage
tab and select the device you want to update the documents for. Once you click
on edit, you will get the list of documents that you can update. You can update
the expiry dates as well as upload the picture of the document.
In the App, you may select the 3 dots in the bottom and then go to the vehicle
list and update the necessary details.

An
active internet connection is needed to check the real time location and to
immobilize/mobilize the vehicle.
Once you select a vehicle on the map, click
on navigation icon present on the right corner above the info-window, then the
GPS location of the device as a destination from user’s location is pushed to
google maps.

Once you select a vehicle on the map, you can press the plus sign on the app and find out the nearest places of interest like Fuel stations, Police stations etc. The GPS location of the device is pushed to google maps and the nearest places of interest are listed.
